2. Services & Agreements
MG Digital Solutions provides professional web development, automation, and AI consulting. Any commercial engagement is subject to a mutually signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). No content on this website constitutes a legally binding offer.
3. Meeting Scheduling (Cal.com)
We use Cal.com to manage appointment scheduling. By using our scheduling widget, you agree that any bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MG Digital Solutions. Scheduling a meeting does not constitute a formal business agreement or contract; such agreements are only established through a formal MSA or SOW as described in Section 2.
4. Automated AI Communications
We utilize automated workflows and LLMs for inquiry analysis and draft generation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and proprietary engineering methodologies are the exclusive property of MG Digital Solutions. Intellectual property transfer for client-specific code occurs only upon receipt of full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
MG Digital Solutions is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.
